Second Day

Hi!!! It's my first full day here at college. Most of the people who moved in yesterday (I was one of them) are at a leadership retreat,  but not me! I'm here, while my roommate is at the retreat. Our dorm room is fully decorated and it's honest to goodness gorgeous. We have tan walls and we managed to color coordinate with blues and greens, with a little bit of black and white mixed in, I might post pictures, but I'll need my roommate's permission first. Anyways lol the food here kinda sucks, but I'll probably try the pizza tonight before I change my meal plan. But this is truly a gorgeous campus, and I can't wait for the winter months when I can actually go outside.

Last night was a little scary, being by myself, but like everyone else, I pulled through. This morning, I got up and I walked the route to my classes and honestly the path is sort of a demented triangle. I miss home, but I'm glad I'm away. The only thing I honestly have left to do, which is important, is try and find a work-study job. I'm hoping to get one in the Dance/Music/Theatre/Speech department. Wish me luck!!
